Aliens vs Predator:
Requiem, check out the site, avp-r.com, or watch the trailer on
the right.
The film is set in a small town which is over run by Aliens, which are of course being hunted by Predators. The film has gone back to some of its Alien and Aliens roots- the dark, wet, atmosphere, tons of weapons and original Alien and Predator designs. In an interview with Reelzchannel, the directors Greg & Colin Strause talk about how they tried to use practical aliens and predators as well. AVP 2 was shot from Sept. 23rd - Dec.14th 2006 at various locations in British Columbia, Canada. Ian Whyte suited up again as the Predator creatures, and Amalgamated Dynamics Inc. (Tom Woodruff, and Alec Gillis) are the creators of the alien effects, and supervisors of the special effects.
